Using prezzee.com to buy gift cards with Afterpay
You can also use a website called prezzee.com to purchase gift cards. This gives you the option to buy eBay, Walmart and Xbox gift cards.
Prezzee is an online gift card store and the official gift card partner for Afterpay.
To use Prezzee simply search “prezzee” in the store section of the Aftepay app or website. Click the store icon and you will be directed to shop on Prezzee.com. Did Afterpay remove gift cards?
No, Afterpay did not remover gift cards. However they have changed the rules around who can purchase gift cards. Please be aware that only eligible customers can buy gift cards via Afterpay.
An eligible customer is someone who is on an elevated tier. It is important that you make consistent on-time repayments to also be considered an eligible customer. The length of time you have been an Afterpay customer is also a factor which the company considers before approving gift card purchases.

Customers on the following Afterpay tiers are eligible to pay for gift cards. If you are not on one of these tiers or you are not enrolled in Pulse Rewards then you may find that you are unable to purchase a gift card.
- Platinum Tier (and enrolled in Pulse Rewards)
- Mint Tier (and enrolled in Pulse Rewards)
- Gold Tier (some people may be eligible depending on criteria)
